My experience at Pushmore

Walking in to Pushmore for the second time for a trial, was quite the experience. You would really get a sense of how fit you are. I was thinking no sweat i can handle it but boy was i proven wrong when I started the workout. My warm up was like 10 squats, 10 sit ups, 10 push ups, 10 pull ups and Samson stretch and a total of 3 sets. After finishing it i was like ok, that was a good warm up no problem so far.

Then i was introduce to the WOD which seemly was named after 2 ladies 1)Cindy and the other 2) Mary, pretty innocent names right. WRONG!!! Check out what cindy and mary actually consist of. Basically everybody chose cindy as it is the easier of the 2 which sums that cindy is a slut and easy and mary is a super bitch. The top score for cindy was like at 27 sets and most of the people there can manage between 15-17 while I only manage 11 sets. 

Well the fellows at Pushmore was nice enough to say that its not bad for your first time that you did 11 sets and I was like thinking to myself 'ya right! the girl next to me did like 17 sets' but i just smiled and said thank you and answer with a statement with all the calmness and cooless that I can muster and a fake non-tired expression "That was some workout!!"

It was a nice wake up call in terms of my fitness level. 

Surrogates

For my birthday my dear GF brought me to the Cineleisure to watch Surrogates at the Platinum Movie Suites, this is something i wouldn't even bother going by myself. Its like RM40 per ticket for shows after 1800 and RM25 for show before 1800. I have to admit that the place was done up pretty well and i enjoyed myself, THANKS B! Better go watch the show, I shall not spoiled it for you. Entertaining but a no brainier on the ending la and personally I would not want to live my life like that.



The movie soundtrack is by Breaking Benjamin - I will not bow. Had to download it once I heard it, the album is not that bad, prefer their previous albums better. But normally the song will grow on you after a while listening to it. Enjoy!

Stupid things people do #1

Actually i had like many new post to post up but this would totally had to come first as i think that it affected me the most. The story starts when i was walking back from gym, after doing like some massive legs exercise and was thinking to myself that a nice cold shower and a hot meal would be perfect before i sleep and call it a good day.

So approaching Pizza Hut I saw this van double park in front of Pizza hut, ignoring it since everybody do that in taipan despite having like a at least 200 free space in the multilevel carpark which you would have to pay a fee of Rm2.00 (i think), anyway that is for another post. So back to the double parked van, what drew my attention was the little kid in front of the van where i would put him around 5 years old. He was like going to pee on the tyre of some poor guys Proton Wira (our local car).

The best thing was his parents was like standing next to him and what make me boil is his father told him to pee there, i didn't hear him say that but he pointed onto the tyre of the Wira. I looked at the father and give him a smile of "WTF!!! this is what your teaching your son!" and instead of like stopping the son he smile back. OMFG!!! he was like in front of Pizza hut and McD, can't u like walk 20 sec to use their toilet.

I love Malaysia but how can we ever move forward having this type of mentality, are this what we are going to teach our younger generation? *sweat* We can have the best technology in the world but if the peoples attitude is as such, whats the point? I guess you can take the people out of the village but not the village out of the people.

The boys was trying to match with the girls groping of Bee chin but still cannot match the horny-ness of the pioneers.

Goodness you can take the 'Girls gone wild' t-shirt off the girls but not the wild out of the girls. *sweat*.

To Arthur!!

Tonight is the night we celebrate a man called Arthur and a beer named Guiness.

Also, we reveal the 'Lebah Dagu' plan. It was quite the scheme, the idea was to make Bee Chin think that her weekend was entirely full only to surprise her only on one day. This was how my call to her:

After some small talk....

Mark: Hey B wanna go for lunch on Saturday?

B.C. : I can't la, i"m already booked.

Mark: Ok then what about dinner on Saturday?

B.C : Ok sure.

At this time i was like ???? i thought Steph's email said that Sharon was suppose to take her out for lunch on Saturday. So why is B.C agreeing to me but i had to play it cool not to blow this up, hope you guys still remember the tag line 'When all else fail, we fail more'. So anyway we end the call and I call Sharon to confirm things. OMG!!! she was so stress that it made me stress, WTF!!! So i had to use it la 'TENG TI LEH'. So i recall B.C.

Mark: Hey B i cannot make it dinner on Saturday la, Feli's friends birthday celebration as well and i totally forgot about it. Can we shift to lunch on Sunday instead?

B.C. : Sure, actually Sharon also had something plan for lunch on Sat and i thought you did it

together.

This is the part where I smoothly as i can and said,

Mark: HUH!!! i dont know about sharon's plan. Her plan is her plan and my plan is my plan la.

B.C: oooohhhhh i thought u guys purposely called me to play tricks on me.

I gave it again la!!!

Mark: WALAU WEH!!! where got so much time to play tricks on you?!!

B.C : ok ok then Sunday lunch.

Later around like 1500 B.C sms me said that she has already lunch plans and ask me whether i am good for dinner. Which i already knew from steph that B.C double booked John and I on the same day. Had to play it cool again la not to spoiled the plan.

So i call B.C

Mark: WALAU WEH!!! so busy ah you!!!

B.C: Sorry la i forgot that i have already a lunch appointment. (B.C also quiet a good liar right,

considering that we know who was suppose to call and at what time, and she so double book

us and although i book her first, she cancel on me!!! WTF!!! nevermind 'TENG TI LEH').

How about we make dinner on Sunday?

Of course must 'tarik harga' a bit la, make it real.

Mark: Cannot la i already got a dinner plans with some friends and i dont want to push that

around. What about tea instead around 3-4 like that? I will give you a call before i come

and pick you up.

B.C: Ok set!

Girls gone wild is back!! plus feli (* look up till down* How uuuu dooing?) lol. Jason the chips you brought from AUS was awesome!!! Even feli who said that i cannot eat chili and refuse to eat in the first place only after some pressure then take 1 and guys she is like super picky with her food and if she said that she won't eat it, SHE WON'T!!! In the end also ended up eating the MOST!! LOL, Nice one!!!

Dinner before the actual celebration to Arthur, judging from the website Jason gave me i really thought we were going to eat 'lo si fun' i didn't know that crab ould be on the menu. If i knew i would have brought my seafood stomach la. Anyway it was a good dinner with good company.

In the memory of Arthur all Chinese tea were drank in Guiness's glasses. LOL!!!
